About the Series
Every great adventurer knows one important rule: leave no trace behind.
Percie is a loveable red 4x4 with a big heart, a rubbish bag, and a mission. On Percie’s very first adventure he discovers breathtaking landscapes, incredible native wildlife, and something on the tracks that needs taking care of.
A warm, rhyming story about adventure, responsibility, and the beautiful Australian bush we all share.

Growing up, my family's 4x4 took us everywhere. We were camping, exploring, and discovering the beauty of Australia's backyard. When I became a mum to my little boy Ollie, I knew I wanted to pass that same love on to him.
Percie has always been more than just a car. Writing this series was my way of making sure his adventures live on long after the tracks run out, and that Ollie and kids just like him grow up knowing how to love and protect the country they're lucky enough to explore.

Percie's Adventures is an Australian children's picture book series featuring Percie! Percie is a bold, big-hearted red 4x4 who loves exploring the great outdoors.
Each book is set in a real Aussie location and teaches kids about relevant tips, tricks and things to keep in mind when visiting.
Book 1 is set at the real Glasshouse Mountains 4x4 tracks in South East Queensland. The book is written in rhyme and carries an important message about picking up all the rubbish you find when you’re out on the tracks to help the native animals that live there.
